The 2* for Hotel location and staff behaviour only. However, the amenity or the services they advertise here, wasn't provided me, Towel was not provided and when they provided after approach , i rcvd a torn one. No carpet/ foot mat neither in the bedroom nor in the wash room, No wi-fi service, No/Insufficient lightings and charging points inside the room and a lots more...The restaurant staff's promptness bit slow else other staffs behaviour including reception desk and location of hotel near railway station and market forced me to give 2*. Not worthy what we paid... Requesting Hotel Mgt to take care of...

i really liked this hotel, they have small rooms but really nice and newly made. Staff is very cooperative they listen you and provide all services on time. They have their own Restaurant & Bar. Food is really amazing. Worth for money spend on food & room. Also i liked the interior have nice paintings over wall traditional rajasthani paintings.

We had an excellent room with all amenities. Room service was also good. Items were cooked well, though the Chinese has some scope for improvement. Excellent service by staff. You may find it a bit difficult to come due to congested roads in Old Bikaner, but once you are here, enjoy the feeling of space. Best hotel during our Rajasthan tour

Had breakfast at their restaurant and find it nice place. Staff was helpful, gave me exactly what i ordered. Liked dosa stuffing of panner and potato. May stay next time in the property as location is 600 mts from bikaner railway station.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Bathrooms were clean and the hot water supply was a delight in the winter. The food in the restaurant was really tasty , both at breakfast and dinner... especially the thali in their thali restaurant was very good- non spicy, fresh and tasty. The staff were courteous and helpful. The manager was genuinely helpful and made an extra effort to guide us about the local markets, pickle shop and namkeen shops etc. A definite and resounding Yes to this hotel.
